01Art. 4.1

To Promote Unity Among Muslims

PMP(F) is committed to fostering unity and brotherhood among Muslims, both within Pakistan and throughout the global Muslim Ummah. The Party stands against sectarianism, ethnic bias, and regional divisions that weaken the Muslim community.

"Hold firmly to the rope of Allah together and do not become divided."

02Art. 4.2

To Establish an Islamic Government Based on Justice

PMP(F) envisions an Islamic system of governance rooted in the principles of justice ('Adl), equity, and mercy (Rahmah), following the model of the State of Madinah. The Party rejects injustice, corruption, nepotism, and abuse of power, advocating for government that prioritizes public welfare and treats every citizen with dignity.

03Art. 4.3

To Implement an Islamic Economic System

PMP(F) is dedicated to a comprehensive Islamic economic system that ensures social justice, economic equity, and the elimination of exploitation — central to which is the prohibition of Riba (interest).

04Art. 4.4

To Protect the Belief in the Finality of Prophethood

PMP(F) is dedicated to safeguarding the belief in the Finality of Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him).

"Muhammad is not the father of any one of your men, but he is the Messenger of Allah and the Seal of the Prophets (Khatam-un-Nabiyyin)."

PMP(F) pledges to uphold this foundational tenet through all necessary legal and educational steps, in alignment with Article 260(3)(b) and the Second Amendment to the Constitution of Pakistan (1974), and Sections 295 and 298 of the Pakistan Penal Code.

To Promote a Unified and Inclusive Educational System

PMP(F) is committed to a unified, inclusive, and forward-looking educational system that blends Islamic teachings with contemporary academic excellence, in accordance with Article 25-A of the Constitution of Pakistan.

To Strengthen Relations with the Muslim World and Support Muslim Minorities

PMP(F) advocates deeper political, economic, cultural, and educational cooperation among Muslim-majority nations, and actively supports the rights of Muslim minorities in Palestine, Kashmir, Myanmar, and elsewhere.

To Uphold the Rights of Non-Muslim Minorities in Pakistan

PMP(F) is committed to upholding the rights, freedoms, and equal citizenship of all non-Muslim minorities, in accordance with Articles 20, 21, 22, 25, and 36 of the Constitution of Pakistan.

To Foster National Development and Progress

PMP(F) is committed to comprehensive national development across infrastructure, education, healthcare, social welfare, economic growth, inclusive governance, and environmental sustainability.

To Build Peaceful and Equal Relations with Neighboring Countries

PMP(F) is committed to fostering peaceful, respectful, and equal relationships with Pakistan's neighboring countries, guided by Article 40 of the Constitution of Pakistan and Islamic principles of mutual respect.

PMP(F) is committed to ensuring the rule of law prevails across Pakistan — advocating judicial independence, accountability, and equal protection under the law for all citizens, pursuant to Articles 25 and 10A of the Constitution.
