On 6 May 2025, Pakistan Millat Party (F) held its first intra-party election in Islamabad — conducted, counted, and declared the same day under the supervision of the Party Election Commission.
Pakistan Millat Party (F) is chaired by Fazal-ur-Rehman, who also serves as the Party Head under the Elections Act, 2017. The Party is headquartered at Jamia Khalid Bin Waleed, Shams Colony, Golra Morh, H-13, Islamabad.
Every certificate, notification, and declaration filed by the Party — from the conduct of its first intra-party election to its compliance undertakings — bears the Chairman's signature and seal, and is submitted to the Election Commission of Pakistan as a matter of public record.
"I hereby certify that the intra-party elections have been held in accordance with the constitution of the party and the provisions of the Elections Act, 2017 — and nothing has been concealed therefrom."

The Party has undertaken that at least five percent of candidates for general seats — including for the Majlis-e-Shoora and Provincial Assemblies — will be women.
The Chairman has declared, in writing to the ECP, that he holds no bank accounts, deposits, or financial interests in any institution outside Pakistan.
